This was released in November, but I wanted to get a link up so I could remember to
test it. This tool allows you to set a desired configuration for a server or computer,
then see all the computers that do not match the configuration.

Define desired configuration models and enable SMS 2003 to proactively monitor configuration
settings for compliance. Administrators can create and edit XML models through an
authoring GUI to define desired configuration values and check for configuration compliance
such as registry settings, files, software updates, and service packs.
